• Served as the primary point of contact, handling incoming phone calls and addressing client inquiries

• Assembled microphone configurations for drums sets, piano, ensembles and more
• Ensured recording sessions went smoothly by assisting engineers and anticipating client needs
• Executed opening/closing procedures

• Worked directly with SDSU's Wind Symphony to record ten orchestral pieces in partnership with Kjos Music Publishing company
• Served as the Lead Assistant Engineer and was responsible for scheduling facility usage, operating the Neve Genesys Black console and providing final mixes
