Construction of Copperton Phase 2 Solar

• Reviewing Earthwork contract requirements and verified related Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Preparing and monitoring punch lists to ensure project close-out compliance.
• Performing pile field engineering and site quality checks.
• Coordinating engineering changes regarding pile location, embedment depth, and remediation scenarios
• Supporting site teams by preparing detailed work packages.
• Assuming the role of Pile Superintendent, leading the team during remediation and final works.

Saudi Arabia Military Industry- Ammunition Industrial Complex (PMC)

• Coordinating of early earthworks construction activities to ensure they align with the overall project schedule. Maintain relationships with the client and their representatives, as assigned.
• Conducting a constructability review of an Ammunition Industrial Complex project, with a particular focus on quantities, work methods, and the sequence of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and infrastructural activities.
• Assisting in preparing the bid documents, ensuring that they are comprehensive and provide all necessary information for potential bidders to accurately assess the project.

Construction of Riyadh Metro Project - Line 1 DUGS (EPC)

• Assisting Construction Superintendents in planning construction methods and procedures.
• Supporting Procurement Team with verification of change notices and amendments.
• Monitoring installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Initiate requisitions for field purchases and prepares quantity takeoffs of field purchased material and equipment.
• Reviewing specifications, purchase orders, subcontracts, inspection reports, delivery schedules, instruction manuals and technical data to assist and advise on-site.
• Leading Deep Underground Stations signage and wayfinding package.

Construction of Riyadh Metro Project - Line 1 Finishing Works (EPC)

• Finishing works mockups such as GRC, terracotta, external glazing, copper standing seam, aluminum composite cladding, external louvers, skylights, roof cladding, internal ceilings, ornamental railings, metal works, roller shutters, sliding doors, furniture, and internal glass partitions.
• Monitoring of material submissions, shop drawings and installations of 1F4 (National Art Museum Station), 1F8 (Al Owd) and all 11 elevated stations mockups.
• Assisting subcontractors for the selection of appropriate materials to comply with employer requirement and design drawings.

Construction of Riyadh Metro Project -Elevated Stations (EPC)

• Managing finishing works of 11 elevated stations of Riyadh Metro Project.
• Preparation of material approval forms and submission of documents for approval. Selection of appropriate finishing materials complying with the project specification. Ensures that vendors' bids for material and equipment were in conformance to specification.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of finishing package for subcontractor tender process.
• Planning of subcontractor activities to achieve project base line schedule target dates.

Construction of Muscat International Airport

• Managing finishing works of the passenger terminal building departure floor passport control and retail areas.
• Material and manpower planning of site activities such as plastering and painting, flooring, wall cladding, metal and wood ceiling, media mesh, wet core areas, doors, signage, counter and desks and retail shopfronts.
• Attending Quantity and Unit Rate Report (QURR) and quantity meetings to evaluate subcontractors and direct hire performances.
• Coordinating and prioritizing the needs of the various areas for craft personnel, subcontractors, construction services, construction equipment, tools, and consumables as well as optimizing their utilization.
• Ensuring all construction operations are following quality standards and that all jobsite activities are completed on schedule in accordance with the approved plan.

Construction of Kosovo's Adam Jashari International Airport

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of all interior & finishing activities in accordance with approved drawings, designs & specifications and ensured an on time and safe completion of the project.
• Supervising exterior and interior works: gypsum board installation, brick wall installation, plastering, painting, flooring, and ceiling works.
• Developing and monitoring the Tender preparation for future projects.

Construction of 865 Mega Watt Combined Cycle Gas Powered Plant

• Supervising the construction works at Turbine and Gas Turbine.
• Assigning duties to the direct hire team and monitoring their performance.
• Development and monitoring of Construction Schedule.
• Preparing and updating Quantity takeoff (QTO) calculations.

Construction of Djebel Ressas Cement Plant (5800 tons per day)

• Team leader and coordinator, responsible for coordination of multiple teams, equipment, and material handling.
• Supervising several superstructures works: Limestone Storage, Raw Meal Silo, Packing Plant, Slip-Form & Post- Tension Cable installation for Raw Meal Silo (81 m high) & Cement Silos (60 m high), Cement Mill, Preheater Tower & Kiln Piers.
• Supervising finishing works of subsidiary buildings.

Kandahar Airfield Expansion of Infrastructure Works Stage 2

• Preparing Unit Price Analysis of Subbase, Base and Asphalt pavement.
• Managing Kandahar Airfield runway earthworks.
• Producing excavation equipment plan, preparation of permits.
• Supervision of CIS, electrical line, box culverts and manholes construction prior to installation of runway structural layers.
• Equipment and manpower planning of Subgrade, Subbase, Base, Wearing Asphalt Course, Binder Course installation at site.
• Involving asphalt mix design preparation.
