  • Manage the coordination of domestic/international travel arrangements for division includes arranging hotel accommodations, book flights and ground transportation using the government CONCUR system for booking travel.

  • Responsible for taking minutes from branch meetings and distributing to staff. Also serve as point of contact for division cell phone ordering and distribution.
  • Process and coordinate cell phone billing for accuracy and submission of payment using managing accounting credit card.
  • Oversee the development of travel protocols and standard of procedures and report any updates to supervisors.
  • Serve as the human resource point of contact for onboarding and various personnel actions for staff members.
