Responsible for day-to-day operations of 2,000 market rate and affordable apartments in Minneapolis and metro suburbs, including managing 20+ full-time staff. Initiate company-wide technology initiatives and special projects, including managing development of a 43 unit market rate apartment building in Coon Rapids, MN. Collaborate on development of company policies, contract negotiations and business practices.

Managed development approval, financing and construction of Zenith condominiums and Aloft hotel projects. Closed out development of Midtown Exchange Apartments.

Financed affordable housing development and redevelopment for the City of Minneapolis by underwriting, obtaining City Council approval and closing projects. Developed CPED's award-winning "Cluster Housing" policy for single-family homes in North Minneapolis.

Led asset management functions for 1,000+ unit housing portfolio including reporting, compliance reporting, inspections and partner relationships. Initiated financial restructuring and repositioning of distressed assets. Initiated sale of assets that did not align with mission or portfolio.
