• Lead and manage the execution of key transformation programs for Investment Bank supporting revenue growth initiatives and process improvements.
• Plan and oversee the execution of transformation projects, including setting goals, creating business case, defining project scopes, budget prioritization, and managing timelines.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles to transformation success, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Work closely with various departments and teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the transformation process.

• Assisting the day-to-day trading activities of Credit Flow and Securitized Business resolving operational issues and actions in relation to the Risk and Control environment.
• Create weekly Business Performance and Trading KPI reports with visual data patterns and trends providing insights on trader behavior and influence strategy.
• Perform market data cost reviews, identifying areas for savings and optimize cost.
• Create presentation material on behalf of Business spanning multiple topics with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Business in planning and monitoring of revenue and cost, coordinating with infrastructure functions to get color on contra revenues charges and cost allocations.
• Deliver new products as required by Business, obtain internal new product approvals, and oversee technical delivery to support products.

Capital Release Group is primarily made up of the former Equities Division.

• Manage risk transfer agreement of sale of Prime Finance and Electronic Equities to BNP Paribas, designing new Transfer Pricing flows to optimize tax and capital planning.
• Manage transfer of ongoing Equities business activities to other areas of Bank, conducting training sessions and ensure continuity of control governance.
• Assist in de-risking Equity Derivatives, providing guidance on top consumers of capital which assisted Business in prioritizing portfolios to auction off first to meet capital reduction targets.

• Manage NY Prime Finance team and control oversight of Mumbai P&L team producing the daily P&L and month end close of financials.
• Ensure accuracy of Leverage and Credit Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) through m-o-m variances and top drivers review, and ensuring reporting issues are addressed on timely basis.
• Monitor Leverage and RWA consumption versus limit with Front Office, liaising with Treasury on increase in limit allocation supporting Business initiatives.
• Finance point of contact on US and Europe Basel regulation, providing SME support to Regulatory Policy Advisory Group on products traded to assist in resolving regulatory treatment issues and/or questions.
• Lead planning and forecasting of financials for both IFRS and US GAAP with particular focus on US entities including IHC and Combined US Operations (CUSO), working closely with Business to incorporate new business initiatives.
• Prepare financial performance reports for Business presentation to external and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with various infrastructure functions on new business initiatives, regulatory projects and issues in financial reporting.
• Review direct and allocated costs on monthly basis, liaising with other infrastructure functions to understand drivers and period-on period variances.
• Finance point of contact for Prime Financing CCAR PPNR modeling process, educating model-building teams on business activity and resulting financials.
• Manage Transfer Pricing implementation with Group Tax, setting up flows to optimize tax and capital planning, and reviewing impact of business restructuring to ensure correct tax jurisdiction of revenue for US entities.

• Oversee key controls performed by offshore locations that support the daily P&L and balance sheet close at month end.
• Drive coordination across various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform revenue analysis which provides insight to client balances and underlying MTM moves driving the P&L .
• Partner with Business in revenue forecast and monitoring of financial performance against target.
• Manage pre-trade review of new margin loans, ensuring transactions meet Bank hurdle rates including return on risk weighted assets and leverage, as well as analyzing regulatory and accounting impacts of these trade.
• Review leverage and counterparty risk weighted assets for Synthetic Equities, ensuring accurate representation of trades in system.
• Work with Front Office to facilitate new product initiatives assessing infrastructure impact on revenue and balance sheet reporting.
• Manage implementation of key Business initiatives, ensuring the project meets the minimum requirements for a robust control environment.

• Manage six product controllers in Synthetic Equities responsible for daily P&L validation, attribution, reporting, and other ad hoc analytical functions.
• Maintain internal control framework around trade lifecycle that assures reliability, accuracy, and completeness of information for financial, regulatory, and management reporting.
• Resolve outstanding P&L issues, escalating to issue owners and management for prioritization.
• Identify and addressed control gaps in the P&L production, and update key operating procedures to document changes in key controls.
• Conduct staff training, resource back-up planning and performance appraisals.
