Dedicated Front End Supervisor well-versed in satisfying customers with exceptional service and support. Accurate and efficient in Microsoft Office and Excel as well as other computer programs, and maintaining customer areas. Prepared to bring over 20 years of experience to dynamic new position.
1. Treating each individual with respect and kindness while seeking ways to assist them to fulfill their needs is something I have always excelled at. I was promoted to Front End Supervisor at Lowe's due to my engaging personality and my ability to put people at ease while providing the best possible service at all times. As a non-traditional student that understands the challenges of multiple generations from a very diverse community, I am dedicated to serving each student as the unique individual they are. Every person that walks through the doors to Evergreen University is there because they are looking towards the future. It is the administrators purpose to remember that they are all different individuals working towards a common goal, but each on their unique path. Students deserve a place to learn where they feel safe, valued, and respected.
2. I've had a lot of opportunity to use various computer programs throughout my career. I've done everything from office to excel and I learn very quickly hands on. Most of my training with Lowe's and my marketing and communications skills were all self taught with just diving in and immersing myself in the different programs and reports used. I also am skilled in Canva, Zoom, and all Social Media Platforms. I also utilize the Timberland Library System for refreshers when it comes to updates in Office. Utilizing current systems has come pretty easy to me.
3. Prioritizing objectives and time management are the core of operations and logistics. My current position at Lowe's is part of the operations team and I supervise Fulfillment. My team and I pull all the online, Special orders, Pro Orders, and flat bed deliveries for the store while simultaneously managing the order pick-up desk and curbside delivery. Everything is timed and then rated for quality of service. At the same time, I am supervising the customer service area and handling communications between customers and upper management. Everyday is approached strategically and with great attention to what our priorities are. At the same time, we have to leave room for changes and unexpected circumstances. It's an environment that I thrive in. Organizing large community engagement events are much the same. There are many strategic moves taking place simultaneously.
4. As an operations and logistics person, my profession involves clerical duties such as filing, emails, reports, paperwork, spreadsheets, and communicating with customers and staff. Owning my own business meant the responsibility of keeping spreadsheets and business records was mine alone.
5. Microsoft 365 is what most businesses use currently for all their reports, and documents. Even though I use different versions of this program everyday, I am utilizing the Timberland Library Online Courses to review the current operating systems. I also learn very quickly, so I am sure to be able to meet expectations of the position.
6. Personally, I have not heard of the Customer Relationship Management Systems, but I am actively researching how it works. I have been trained on fundraising software and assume it is very similar.
