Manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator support, vasoactive drips, invasive lines (central venous and arterial), and rapid interventions during clinical emergencies. Respond to high-acuity codes and trauma activations, demonstrating calm, precise, and effective interventions in emergent situations. Advocate for patients and families by providing education, emotional support, and culturally sensitive care in a diverse urban community.
Fast-paced ED with 50 Beds in a no-wait model
Provided rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization for patients with acute medical, surgical, trauma, and psychiatric emergencies.
