  • Honored just recently Open Table Diner’s Circle 2024 honorees with maintaining +4.5 rating over the past year.
  • Earned and maintained a FORBES 4 Stars Award of Excellence within 7 months making sure to do weekly audits with FOH Teams with the help of GO AUDITS portal.
  • Implemented a very successful live music program with Live solo artists, live bands and as well DJs with the help of a very reputable LA local source music production company www.bronsonmusicproductions.com that help to generate and retain business during peak hours especially with live activation (Bastille Day, Juneteenth, Cinco de Mayo…).
  • All services have been profitable and rising as drivers for the property such as Breakfast & Lunch (getting a solid program for our patisserie with grab and go and also getting a loyal base of repeat guests for power lunches from our notorious Bankers, Lawyers and Agents who are working in Century City) but again we improved our Dinner covers and numbers due to some touches (white table cloth linens, Live DJ’s on Fridays, a stronger wine program with Coravin special (reds and whites) from La Cave wine selection in order to get the guest check average going up overall throughout the outlet.

  • Helped to get all documentations and implementations through EHC, HACCP and Corporate Financial audits throughout my first year at the helm of Lumiere Brasserie in order to get some higher scores for the overall property.
  • Sustainability champion (Orbisk, recycle colored bins with the help of Stewarding) for our outlet in order to comply with the Green Label for all property purposes.
  • OpenTable analytics and also supervising our reservations system (answering reviews, watching trends, forecasting…) especially for an exciting successful campaign for the upcoming Pop Up partnership with Camphor (1 star Michelin Restaurant) this coming December.
  • R&D and working with the Executive Chef Ramon Bojorquez, with his Chef de Cuisine Fabian Guerrero and his Executive Pastry Chef Nancy Guerrero and with all Culinary Team on developing our new food menu items for savory and sweets, working closely with Gabor Fodor from IMI Agency (Fairmont Brand Consultant) with an upcoming revised cocktail menu and as well more having a more efficient ergonomy of our Bar.
  • Was involved with ownership to be part of all F&B Venue Business Plan and especially for Lumiere Brasserie for renovations, new additions (cosmetics such as new mirrors, new drapes and also new tables and chairs, and with new entrance of our venue, coming with new awning and dedicated spot our driveway for Valet parking only for our outlet and finally with the help of West Elm to have a fully renovated of our French garden patio furnitures.
