  • Support the PL in maintaining Install and Daily Plan using SO, AIR, Gantt, 6P and logbooks to ensure timely work-prep and risk and progress assessment of SMSs.
  • Drive structural improvements within the coordination team (6P improvements, TIC/SIC alignment WoW etc) as well as provide feedback to various install stakeholders and support lines.
  • Achieved an operational understanding of install coordinator duties, local customers way of working, and operational planning and execution of EXE install.
  • Successfully supported the implementation and drive of the review and processing of containments for first EXE in HBO as well as assist in identifying and processing needed structural improvements.
