Served as a volunteer for the student run Edinburgh Napier Law Clinic. Training was provided on dealing with clients and how to act in a professional manner. The services provided by the clinic included legal advice pertaining to employment, consumer, and housing law in Scotland. When assigned a client, I was paired with another student volunteer, and we had to collect information from the client regarding their legal situation, research the relevant law and provide advice to the client as to their potential solution.
