At Magnolia Forest Preschool teachers are called "playworkers". As a "playworker", we foster a nurturing outdoor learning environment for children, ages 30 months to 5 years old. Tasks include outdoor classroom setup, care of children, community engagement with parents, continuing education, and teacher / parent / child conferences annually.
