Executive Director, Membership Experience
I lead strategic initiatives across Membership, Marketing & Communications, and Conferences & Events to foster a thriving community. My focus is on maximizing membership value, enhancing communication strategies, and ensuring the success of flagship events. I collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and committees to drive growth and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members by leveraging conferences, educational programs, certifications, and networking opportunities. I lead outreach efforts, manage membership renewals, and oversee targeted campaigns across digital and print channels to drive engagement.
• Direct the creation of engaging content for digital and print materials that promote membership benefits, events, and industry initiatives. I manage website content, drive social media engagement, and oversee improvements to digital publications for better member communications.
• Lead the planning and execution of flagship events, managing vendor relationships and developing event marketing campaigns. I oversee logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure financial goals are met. I collaborate with staff and volunteers to boost participation and increase attendance, particularly from new industry entrants.
• Supervise the Member Experience Coordinator, providing strategic direction and mentorship. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align on key initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall member satisfaction
