Driven by a passion for educational excellence and special needs advocacy, I leveraged critical thinking and interpersonal skills at Navarro Independent School District to enhance student learning outcomes. By fostering collaboration and employing motivational techniques, I significantly improved students' confidence and academic performance, showcasing a commitment to student success and educational innovation. My passion for advocacy stems from my unique experience of navigating services, supports and the Public Education system for my children with disabilities.
