- I am the national program director for one of NRECA's largest annual events: Youth Tour. I coordinate the one-week (or two-week ... or Virtual!) program for roughly 2,000 attendees from 43 states.
- I create and facilitate cooperative leadership courses for board members and supervisors around the country.
- As a national trainer for board members and co-op managers, my courses average an "Excellent" rating.
- During the pandemic, I flew to D.C. two different times to serve as virtual host for NRECA's Regional Meetings and the annual Director's Conference. Both events were very well reviewed.
- I have served as a panelist and hosted sessions for various NRECA events and statewide meetings and received very high ratings and positive feedback.
- I create and promote engagement opportunities for co-ops and statewide associations to use to connect with their teen and young adult members.
