VP, GLOBAL DIGITAL & CONTENT MARKETING
- Responsible for designing the overall digital and content marketing strategy, budgets and goals
- Evaluate and redesign foundational best practices, processes and tech stack to enable a best-in-class digital marketing organization
- Relaunching ABX (Account Based Everything) strategy and programs for all business units. Bringing new strategic ideas to the company to optimize ABM efforts and improve performance
- Optimize corporate social media presence across different channels to increase engagement
- Develop, track and present metrics and success criteria for marketing programs to the Board, Exec leadership and stakeholders
- Write and publish marketing and sales collateral such as outbound prospecting emails, social media posts, newsletters and blogs
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive scorecard of key performance indicators, tracking KPI progress and continuously testing to optimize results
- Work to attract and retain talent by supporting junior employees through system of mentorship
- Identify, recommend and lead initiatives to drive growth and performance improvement
- Develop integrated marketing communications programs, collaborating with and managing agency and tech partners to meet plans
- Collaborate with creative services team to develop campaign elements aligned with product messaging and growth plans
- Communicate key insights with internal stakeholders to define and address customer needs
