  • My position started as an Onsite Sales Coordinator working in an upscale ACTIVE ADULT community, which entailed management of the complete new home community starting from pre-opening
  • I was responsible for making sure all New Home Consultants were equipped with all legal documents required for homesite specific sales, as well as making sure that all documents were signed and ratified upon the sale
  • I was the first point of contact and (non-mortgage) prequalifying when the prospective buyers walked into the sales office, before I assigned them to a New Home Consultant
  • When there was not a New Home Consultant available, I took over that position as well as I have a proven track record of successful home sales for many years
  • After two years, the company took a different direction and changed that position into what is now called a Sales/Homebuyer Concierge
  • The Sales Concierge position is more related to a Transaction Coordinator/Escrow, complete Customer Service, and generate and track any needed new documents/addendums
  • This position involves much of the New Home Consultants duties, including the actual sales when needed
  • I was also responsible for tracking contingent sales, outside lender progression, construction progress, walk dates, and closing requirements
  • This is my second time working with Lennar
  • Previously I was a New Home Consultant.

  • Performed new home sales and leasing with the ultimate goal of turning a challenged new home development project into a positive financial endeavor
  • I designed a custom lease-option program that took the project from 99% unoccupied, to 75% occupancy
  • (The company was too far financially in the negative, and the bank foreclosed on the development)
