Beth Michel

With 17 years of nursing, I bring much experience. During my tenure at SSM Health I have cared for a wide range of patients from post-operative Gynecology patients, level 2 NICU babies, Antepartum mothers, and Mothers with newborn babies.

Last year demonstrating leadership by taking on the role of charge nurse. I intimately understand the complexities of the patient's needs, the duties of RN's and supporting staff. Providing patient education, building individualized care and performing assessments are essential staples of nursing. As s preceptor, I support new RN's in learning the workflows, policies and procedures critical to caring for patients and their families.
