After working with Adam Gash the Trainer, at Clever Devices on May 10th-May 12th. Mr. Gash wrote a Onsite Customer Support report and stated the following about me:
1. At 8 am met with Ms. Beth Oliver, and Jordan B. in Dispatch. Ms. Beth informed me of the Home screen in CAD, "Left Depot without valid sign on"
2. Ms. Beth then created an incident for this. Later she will find the vehicle number and track that vehicle to find where it is on the map. She developed a way to determine if the bus is in the maintenance yard. She will then go back into the Incident form and change the incident type to the appropriate yard. This helps Clever Reports know the difference and is helpful.
3. She is requesting that a maintenance code be entered into the TCH prior to the maintenance department moving the vehicle, and that this code be locked onto the IVN until maintenance is done with the vehicle.
4. In the Accident report in Clever Reports the bus is not the correct bus type in the form. The team would like to change the images, if possible, they would like an Artic bus.
5. In the drop down for employee's name, some employee's names do not show up. Possible database issue.
6. Ms. Beth was seeing Routes that were not showing up in the CAD i.e. Woodward, Clairmont.
