- Perform Staff Evaluations per negotiated agreement and provide feedback to staff.
- Provide staff training and coaching to improve their skills.
- Provide and allocate resources for staff to meet training needs and classroom needs.
- Ensure all licensing and Step Up to Quality compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures and ensure employees are doing the same.
- Create program leadership team and lead team to set the vision for the program. Ensure meetings take place and team creates and follows the CIP plan.
- Complete annual program assessment and share results with leadership team.
- Ensure all Stakeholders are informed of building activities, functions, policies and procedures.
- Mentor new employees and ensure they have all required preschool requirements completed.
- Ensure all schedules are covered
- Handle parent complaints/issues, staff complaints and issues.
