  • I started as a floor associate and worked my way up to the position of team lead. I learned all areas of my department, many different types of equipment reach truck, tugger, order picker. I cross trained and learned other departments to help new associates if they needed assistance. I helped in training my depts new associates either training on equipment or in the pack stations. Being a team lead i was responsible for our dept when the supervisor was out on vacation i heloed run the dept throughout the day using microsoft excel and wms program. Researching parts that were missing and having to delegate to pickers if needed anything from a specific location. Housekeeping at the end of shift delegating to associates doing warehouse walk throughs of isles our department was responsible for and our department. Making sure if locations were mixed getting them resolved.

  • I was required to run a shift placing employees in different positions helping in all areas when needed. Delegating differen things that needed to be done. Counting drawers and designating them to drive through and front counter. If equipment went down i would call and get things working properly or get a ticket for someone to come out to store and fix it. Training associates, i was responsible for hiring and letting associa go sending all required paperwork in to the main office. At the end of shift counting money and depositing it in the loomis machine. All required end of shift computer and paperwork.

  • Each waitress was responsible for greeting customers and seeing who was next in rotation to be seated. When a customer or customers were seated in my sectioni took drink orders and food orders. When the food came up served to customers. In between tables i was required to help prep salad dressings desserts roll silverware wipe down menus and at times run dishes through washer. I was required to keep my section cleaned and condiments on tables filled at the end of night we would have to clean store tables fill sauces sweep mop help clean up in kitchen. We were responsible for cashing out our customers at one point. For a short period of time due to pregnancy i was just on cash taking customers money and delivering tips and doing end of day paperwork.

  • I started as a regular employee taking orders and money. Working the drive through also taking money and orders then handing orders out. Depending on where i was needed i did a lot of cross training. I eventually worked my way up to shift manager where i performed all the same duties but added was running shifts and placing crew where they were needed counting drawers and distributing them to front counter and drive through. At end of shift did all the computer work make sure the store was closed down and then did a bank drop of the money collected through out my shift.
