- As a Amazon Learning Ambassadors for over four years I typically conduct routine performance or retraining observations using the learning curve audits. During these observations, I fill out a form or checklist often referred to generally as a Process Observation, Quality Audit, or Learning Curve Evaluation. I also use Quality/Process Audits to observe specific paths (like packing or stowing) to ensure associates are following standard work and avoiding errors. Retraining checklist. Used when an associate is assigned mandatory retraining and requires observation before they can work independently again.
- Being a Problem Solver for pack for over three years, I am trained in IOL where I track down "lost" or misplaced inventory. System Research, Using Amazon’s internal systems (like FC Research) to figure out why an item isn’t showing up in its designated bin. Updating the database, re touring products and system auditing. - Dwell lead for over three years for pack department, where I chased and problem solved the CPT.
