Account Manager

Acme Security
04.2019 - 05.2020

From 2019 to 2020 I worked with Acme Security in the Downtown Patrol Unit as an Account Manager. I was assigned to work closely with a disgruntled high profile Client and lead a mobile unit of 12 security officers, with the target goal of improving the client’s satisfaction and maintaining the contract. Over the course of 12 trying months, I used effective communication and active engagement to better understand the client’s needs and identify areas of improvement, which led to a restructure of our processes and staff. Within 8 months, I revised and wrote new SOPs, post Orders, and report writing procedures. A majority of the team was replaced, and those remaining were retrained. I hand picked and trained two supervisors as well as an operations manager, who all would go on to continue managing the account after my departure. By the end of the year, I was able to effectively revive and solidify the relationship, leading to a renewal of the contract.
