Beth Finke retired in 2023 to pursue her passion career, interior design.
Prior to retirement, she served as Oracle’s senior vice president, Customer & Sales Champions for North America Applications (NAA). In this role, she led the consulting and sales support organizations to help generate nearly $800M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across Oracle's cloud applications. She led the largest transformation undertaken in the sales organization in over a decade, reimaging sales tools, roles, and the overall industry go to market. She collaborated across Oracle and with the Oracle partner ecosystem to help confirm Oracle customers realize significant value from their technology investment.
Finke first joined Oracle to lead Oracle Consulting’s transformation, something she did successfully with other cloud businesses. While serving as the senior vice president for Oracle Consulting in North America, she defined and led a strategy to help Oracle customers successfully implement and adopt their cloud applications. This included launching the SOAR program with Larry Ellison and re-architecting the consulting business to achieve profitability.
Prior to Oracle, Finke had a stellar 19 year career at Accenture, pioneering its cloud consulting business. In the very early days of cloud, she established the first methodology used in the market to rapidly and predictably deploy software; deployed the first large-scale global SaaS application; and helped lead the first project where a SaaS solution was integrated with other applications in a large enterprise.
Finke worked with a creative leadership team at Accenture to accelerate growth and innovation, playing a pivotal role in regularly doubling annual business and in shaping what became Accenture's Cloud First business with more than 15,000 employees when she departed Accenture.
Finke is an energetic, innovative, and collaborative leader who believes in rolling up her sleeves and diving into the heart of her clients' projects and the initiatives across her business. She can lead large organizations, sales teams, and sales support functions to help generate significant revenue.
Finke graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design. She expects to graduate with honors.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for BriteCore. She previosly served on the board for the Colorado Technology Association (CTA) and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Junior Achievement (JA).
