Years of professional experience in a variety of settings
My career in nursing began as a CNA, where I learned the techniques and importance of providing "best practice" hands-on care. I progressed from there to obtaining an LPN license, which I used to finetune my skills in patient care. I obtained my ADN in 2000, and became an RN in January 2001. Over the following 20 years I predominantly worked in home health, including providing oncall RN telephone triage in Southern Maine as well as case management for home health and hospice patients. During COVID19, I completed my college work, graduating with honors in 2020 with my BSN.
I am a hardworking Registered Nurse with success providing individualized patient care. Committed to delivering best-in-class patient care through effective education and counseling. Proven leadership focused on increasing and enhancing patient care and satisfaction. Streamline safety protocols for comprehensive patient care.
