I am a Chicago native with 15+ years experience as a culinary professional in a variety of roles both FOH and BOH. My love of food, drink, and hospitality is shown through my multi faceted roles as manager, professional bartender, event organizer, cake decorator and more. As a creative I continue to seek ways to learn, grow and thrive through taking on challenges whether teaching myself a new artform, creating branding and social media content or throwing events that utilize my interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. In my “free time” I run an Airbnb in Milwaukee with my best friend and am renovating a house with my husband I am a true DIYer in every sense and love to get my hands dirty
