Moreover, the administration oversaw a five million dollar roofing project involving 38 two-level condominium buildings. The parking lot was also resurfaced, resulting in the addition of 75 parking spaces, alongside the meticulous removal and reinstallation of oak trees to enhance the environment. Additionally, two painting initiatives for the townhome HOAs were executed, each with a budget of 350 thousand dollars.
