  • During these years my role as an Office Manager/Clerk/Secretary was to maintain company records. I maintained the records for the trucks, including but not limited to tags, insurance, FMCSA filings, UCR filings, IFTA quarterly filings, MCS-150 filings, Biennial filings, driving logs, and our IFTA stickers. Employee records, payroll. I kept track of company loads and what payrates were going to be. I paid office bills regarding fuel, insurance, medical expenses, and driving expenses, such as clothing, and food usage. Keeping those records so that they could use those receipts when filing taxes with a CPA.

  • While working here I assisted customers in applying for cash loans using vehicles as collateral or using their payroll or monthly income to receive a quick loan that they were required to pay a fee when paying back the loan. I was hired to locate clients that had defaulted on their loans, collect evidence of the misappropriation of the loans by the previous loan and get all the information ready for court for a civil lawsuit. During this time, I assisted new clients in applying for a loan, by running credit references on new clients. If approved they would complete the application and receive funds they requested. My job was to acquire and verify , valid photo id, proof of income, bank statements, proof of address and references.
