  • As Dispatcher I served as first point of contact and communication for incoming telephone calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations. I received the requests, transmitted messages, scheduled service calls both emergency and non emergency, tracked vehicles during daily calls. I accepted payments for service calls, did collection letters for past due invoices, sent out statements, and just plain customer service keeping customers aware of what to expect etc. This position required no supervision and the ability to multi=task and serve as the go-between between the Service Manager, the Customers and the Service Technicians. Keeping the Service Department on track daily from 7 AM to 5 PM was a satisfying but stressful job and I loved it!
