I met with some resistance with the current staff and was faced with immediate management decisions.My decisions helped to turn the departments associates from disengaged (even hostile) into a well oiled and positive team quickly increased sales including keeping shrink to -3% and revenue for year was $522,000.00.I quickly organized stock room to keep inventory in order. Trained all newly hired furniture managers in my district.
