As a Premier Support Analyst I help troubleshoot devices and maintain strong customer relationships with our high profit customers. I currently am the main analyst managing multiple top 50 customers that average over 100 devices per account. Over the years I have helped save accounts from churning, redesigned our case software program and trained/mentored many fellow associates. This company has great values and an amazing culture which is why I have been working here for so long and hope to further my career. Starting off as a phone representative and working my way up to an analyst for some of our most profitable customers and in meetings with higher ups/leaders discussing ways to improve the customer experience is why I have a passion for this field.

I started off as a Shift lead then quickly found my passion to continue my career in the company so I worked hard and spent lots of hours applying myself at the restaurant and mentoring my manager to then eventually become a Assistant Manager. I would open the store in the mornings and start vegetable prep or work on clearing the boxes of food from the truck. Once 10 am rolled around I would open the store to the public and take customer orders, during peak hours I would assist with in the kitchen making Chow Mien and Fried Rice. When I would close the store I would take money count for the day, input the information and run the team to clean the store.

Aldi is a very fast paced environment when it comes to checking customers out in a quick timely matter, cleaning the store during store hours, keeping the shelves organized and empty boxes cleared so customers can have the most pleasant shopping experience. I also trained new hires on register operations and customer service protocols. Throughout my time there I provided ongoing support and coaching to fellow co-workers. I worked in the back warehouse part of the store at 4 am till 8 am clearing the truck full of pallets of food items. Once the store was open at 8 am it would be back to back customers and we were expected to check customers out in 5 minutes or less.

TjMaxx was a job I enjoyed very much. I love anything to do with fashion and makeup which is what TjMaxx is mostly about. I would sell credit cards to customers to save 10% on their purchase. During my time there I would average at least 3 cards every shift. I would make the schedule for the day regarding break times and lunches to ensure there was coverage throughout the day on the floor organizing the racks and shelves as well as maintaining at least two people up front as cashiers. I trained new hires on how to work the register and incitivize customers to sign up for a credit cards.

JcPenney was my first job in the real world. Here I learned lots of people skills along with how to communicate with customers regarding credit card sign ups and training new hires on the floor and register. There was an incentive for us cashiers to sell credit cards as we would get extra money added to our checks per credit card sign up. I was the best cashier at selling cards month after month which taught me how to sell things to people when maybe they werent thinking about signing up in the fist place. I also learned how to work inventory during my time at JcPenney which is a skill I have used at majority of my past jobs.
