As a private Duty Nurse, I took care of a developmentally disabled young lady who had had a kidney transplant. I checked her vital signs, gave her medications, fed her and gave incontinent care. As a Home Care RN, i made initial visits, including physical assessment, health history, medication history, developed a care plan and assigned a Nursing Assistant when needed.
