With over 35 years of dedicated service at Central Mass Collaborative, I have grown through a range of roles that reflect my deep commitment to education and student success. Beginning as a one-to-one aide, I progressed to a para-professional position, followed by four years as a long-term substitute teacher. I am now entering my third year as a full-time teacher. Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in spearheading and supporting numerous school-wide initiatives, including Prom, Thanksgiving celebrations, community engagement projects, Toys for Tots, mentoring programs, and graduation ceremonies. These contributions reflect my passion for creating inclusive, meaningful experiences for students. I am known for my strong work ethic, ability to lead both staff and students, and my dedication to fostering healthy relationships within the school community. I consistently set high expectations, and provide the support necessary to help students achieve their fullest potential.
