
All of my work history, I have tried to help people live better lives independently. I was trained to work with people with special needs. From my early days as a Special Education Teacher, to working as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and as a Program Manager and currently working as a Residential Care Tech, I have always tried to help others to improve their lives.
Works with ladies with previous difficult pasts due to addiction to either drugs or alcohol.
Helps to instruct them daily with their many needs, depending on their individual learning styles.
Work with a team of highly skilled staff who ensure their safety and well-being.
Administer medication to each individual, as needed.
Complete daily reporting on the indivdiual's progress in their recovery journeys.
Using my previous 14 years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, I helped those who needed to get their Social Security started, to get approved. This would help many needy people to sustain their lives affordably.
Upon approval, they began receiving monthly income and also would get either Medicare or Medicaid for health insurance.
