I have worked as a paraprofessional aide in an ABA classroom with autistic children for three years. In this role, I support the teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment by providing individualized attention to students with diverse needs. I help children overcome academic, emotional and physical challenges, fostering their development and progress.

I was responsible for ensuring efficient production while maintaining safety and quality standards. I was also responsible for packing and I demonstrated adaptability by quickly learning how to operate machinery and follow the procedures for the work.
