I am a problem problem solver I look at situations and set work load to NOT have a problem As I have been in the industry for over 56 years with a family that all own construction, development, railroad, hazmat, etc companies I am well versed in many aspects of the industry I am constantly learning and I subscribe to daily news from the various state agencies, DNR, Ecology, Where is work to re-open pits, deal with the continually changing regulatory environment to ensure my clients are in regulatory compliance

I can deal with any situation I am placed in, be it inspectors that are not correct, clients that demanding, or keeping the company running in slow times

Accomplishments

I was the consultant for Christianson Motor Yachts and permitted the last marina on the Columbia River in 1997.

Successfully re-opened mining pits that various agencies tried to shut down.

I do well dealing with agencies that are hell bent on closing a pit / project down. I find that even ground where everyone is satisfied.

Raised 2 boys into great men that have construction companies, it is in our blood!

I am concerned about the current nature of available foods and their lack of containing health minerals.  Thus I try to raise my own.  I like making cheese from the goat milk, keeping my property cleared by the goats foraging,a nd raising the best farm dogs in my Airedales.  I am an AKC Breeder of Merrit.
