Administrative Assistant to the Chief Strategic Officer

  • Provide administrative support to the department and Chief Strategic Officer, including assisting with writing and publishing the school system’s annual report, brochures, master plan, school system calendar, website updates, and social media platforms

  • Oversee the Employee Length of Service and Retiree Program after confirming years of service with HR and IT staff utilizing Cognos Reports and eFinance records
