Worked closely with Store Management to achieve staffing, sales and organizational goals. Responsibilities included maintaining the Infants Department and the Fulfillment Department of the store. The Infant Department needed planning, replenishment,staffing and product knowledge to be successful. Fulfillment was the online and curbside customer order s, which had a demanding timing execution. Both areas required my ability to manage and train employees to aide in successful metrics.
