As a clinical instructor, I work with nursing students by teaching them the fundamentals of nursing, which are the basic principles that a nurse needs to care for a patient. These fundamentals include patient assessment, communication, and intervention.
I am responsible for the appropriate supervision of students when in practice. Educate students on how to formulate care plans, also grading, and give feedback to the students. I also conduct pre and post conference which allows me to track each student progress,

Under the direction of the Emergency Services Nurse Director, the ED Charge/Triage Nurse assists in holding the department together by providing guidance to less experienced nurses, making assignments, and requesting additional staff if needed. Listen to patients' complaints, initiate a de-escalation process, otherwise called damage repair. As the Charge Nurse/Triage Nurse, I served as a liaison between doctors and other hospital staff. I have strong leadership skills. I am flexible. I have the ability to remain calm and assertive even in high-pressure situations.
