The 3rd job (most common job) I did was Diesel Mechanic Assistant: diagnose air brakes, change brake boosters, change brakes, fix air leaks, fix or install PTO systems, change water pumps, grease machines and trucks, service heavy equipment, but not limited to other types of equipment, assist with engine swaps, and install engines such as Cummins X15 and Mack. Change transmission heads, replace transmissions, cage brakes, repair brake boosters, replace slack adjusters, service AC systems, complete work orders, and more.

My 4th job, the job of a lube truck driver, was pretty simple. My job was just to drive to various job sites and top off fluids and fill machines with diesel and service or grease them.

Trackhoe Operator, you may know the trackhoe as an excavator—self-explanatory.

My 6th job was as a tractorhead driver. The job of the tractorhead driver is to simply connect to shipping containers and bring them to various destinations on the island, such as grocery stores and container ports.

Water Truck Driver: The driver fills up a distilled water pump or a well and transports water to all types of places on the island, such as residential houses, container ports, and industrial tanks.

My 8th and final job was a Vactor 2100 vacuum truck operator. The job of a vacuum truck driver is to respond to sewage emergencies or house calls and pump out tanks not limited to septic.
