Role: HCM Functional Consultant:

- Experience in implementing Global HR, Security, Talent Management, Absence and Compensation Module as a Lead Consultant.

- Have led the change management project for Goals and Performance, Talent Review and Succession Planning, Oracle Learning Cloud, Taleo Recruitment and Taleo Learn.

- As the lead of the AMS (Application Management Services) team, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the support and maintenance activities for the organization's applications, ensuring efficient operations and timely issue resolution.

- Proficient in conducting CRP workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and system testing.

- Understand functional requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and test the proposed solution.

- Expertise in configuring the end to end Core HR set ups

- Experience in Developing Fusion Value sets, Lookups, Descriptive Flex fields (DFF), Key Flex Fields (KFF), Extensible Flexfields (EFF) and Personalization.

- Defining forms and scheduling concurrent programs and processes.

- Configured workflow approval rules using Business Process Management (BPM) worklist for Core HR (Hire to Retire) and Absence Management.

- Worked closely with technical team to assist in data migration and integration, ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.

- Designed and implemented role-based security (RBAC) for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Knowledge and expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM security configuration, analyzing and creating the custom roles, security profiles, auto provisioning rules, user management rules, documenting security configurations and maintained an up-to-date repository of security roles and permissions.

- Configured end to end Individual compensation plan and worked on change management project for Workforce Compensation.

- End to end configuration for Talent Profile and Performance Management.

- Worked as a part of implementation team for configuring fusion absence setup type, plan, eligibility profile, certification, workflow approvals, geography tree, work schedule and calendar events.

- Hands on experience in payroll configurations, payroll processing and validations, trouble shoot support issues.

- Have knowledge and experience working with Inbound and Outbound Integrations, Extracts, HDL Loads, Spreadsheet loader, Fast formulas, Application Security, Workflows and notification configuration, OTBI analytics, Alerts and Extensibility.

- Experience in preparing test strategy, test plan and testing scope.

- Coordinating with Oracle support to raise SR for incidences, solution, knowledge and patch updates.

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, create functional specifications, configure the setups, work on solution design,implement and support the transition
• Prepare and execute test cases and conduct user training.
• Provide post production hyper care support and ensure smooth functioning
• Coordinating with Oracle support to get the patch schedules and setting the development priorities accordingly.
