- Experience in implementing Global HR, Security, Talent Management, Absence and Compensation Module as a Lead Consultant.
- Have led the change management project for Goals and Performance, Talent Review and Succession Planning, Oracle Learning Cloud, Taleo Recruitment and Taleo Learn.
