Role: HCM Functional Consultant:

- Experience in implementing Global HR, Security, Talent Management, Absence and Compensation Module as a Lead Consultant.

- Have led the change management project for Goals and Performance, Talent Review and Succession Planning, Oracle Learning Cloud, Taleo Recruitment and Taleo Learn.

- As the lead of the AMS (Application Management Services) team, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the support and maintenance activities for the organization's applications, ensuring efficient operations and timely issue resolution.

- Worked closely with technical team to assist in data migration and integration, ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.

- Designed and implemented role-based security (RBAC) for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Knowledge and expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM security configuration, analyzing and creating the custom roles, security profiles, auto provisioning rules, user management rules, documenting security configurations and maintained an up-to-date repository of security roles and permissions.

- Configured end to end Individual compensation plan and worked on change management project for Workforce Compensation.
