Scope: This project involved a full life cycle implementation of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM). The objective was to transition the organization from a legacy HR system to Workday, and I worked on configurations and loads.
- Configure and optimize Workday Core HCM for PWC to streamline HR processes.
- Configured the organization's employee data management, job profiles, compensation structures, and business processes within Workday Core HCM.
- Ensured data accuracy during migration and integration with legacy HR systems, while minimizing downtime.
- Configuration and customization of Core HCM modules.
- Performed mass data uploads when needed.
- Designed and implemented core HR processes, including employee data management, organizational structures, and job profiles.
- Facilitated data migration from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring accurate and secure data transfer.
- Created custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support HR decision-making.
- Conducted training sessions for end users to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of Workday Core HCM functionalities.
- Analyzed and optimized existing HR processes to align with best practices, and enhance operational efficiency within Workday.
