The scope of this project is to automate alarm handling and to provide resolution to alarms which occurs in Windstream networks which are being monitored by Network Operations Center (NOC) using Resolve Automation Framework. The outcome of this project is to minimize the manual intervention to handle and resolve alarms in the Network and detecting major outages.
Serving as an Associate Software Engineer to the team, responsible for conducting feasibility study of new requirements.
Developed complex automations within the Resolve Automation Framework to detect and process various alarms in the Eco system.
Interact with different live networking devices to detect customer outage and analyze device functionality.
Automate remedy ticket creation for alarms and outages and auto assign it to appropriate NOC group for resolution.
Analyze the network alarms pattern and design the automation in Resolve Framework.
Trace the manual steps performed by field engineers for validating an alarm and recreate it as an automation in Resolve Framework.
The delivery of orchestrated automations improves customer satisfaction, increases efficiencies, and reduces operational costs.
Perform performance and scalability analysis as needed.
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
Integrating the new requirements in current Resolve Automations without impacting existing functionalities.
Performing end-to-end implementation of projects, starting from requirement gathering to the design and development of software, and then performing unit testing, code migration to quality assurance, and ultimately to production.
Resolving performance issues in Resolve Automations which has helped the system to meet service level agreement.
Training new entrants about Resolve Automations and Groovy, including all the technical aspects of the projects, in addition to providing detailed project knowledge to the new members.
Providing assistance to team to help resolve critical technical and system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
