DESCRIPTION:
The scope of this project is to automate alarm handling and to provide resolution to alarms which occurs in Windstream networks which are being monitored by Network Operations Center (NOC) using Resolve Automation Framework. The outcome of this project is to minimize the manual intervention to handle and resolve alarms in the Network and detecting major outages.
CONTRIBUTION:
As a Software Engineer, I developed complex automations in the Resolve Automation Framework, detecting and processing network alarms, and automating remedy ticket creation. My work improved customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, and reduced operational costs. I also managed end-to-end project implementations and trained new team members.
