• Identified and implemented process improvements to increase productivity by utilizing statistical analysis with Minitab.

• Designed prototypes using Solid Works 3D modeling and material selection for products such as Portable sunshade, Book card, Ice removal sheets etc based on consumer demand and market needs.
• Performed Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis for a stress test and thermal test on product’s various components using ABAQUS.
