- Market and transportation understanding within all transportation methods
- Visibility of Last Mile Transportation and measuring CPK, Utilization of Vehicles
- Planning of Fruit Movements on the Basis of Distance
- Support the First Mile team by providing visibility and insights by Setting up process adherence checks and publishing metrics to the first mile team
- Measuring the performance of various business operations projects, building and publishing detailed scorecards and reports, and identifying and driving new opportunities
- The overall responsibility for planning and execution of logistic operations, Monitoring of SLAs, implementation of SOPS, maintaining quality service standards, transit time, productivity, operations improvement, and people management
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for the smooth functioning of operations and to bring adherence to all processes/document compliance regarding the supply chain
- Track and publish productivity reports for inward, put away, picking, and dispatch
- Conduct complete RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on fill rate issues and publish reports
- Track expired and slow-moving stock with the help of ground operations
- Used analytical models and mathematical analysis to create and maintain key performance metrics
