● Recruitment: End-to-end Recruitment (Sourcing > Screening > Short-listing > Interviewing > Negotiating > Closing the position). Sourcing maximum Quality Resources within a sanctioned time frame.
● Source candidates through internal database, Job portals, headhunting,networking .
● Screening resumes through JD & Specifications, evaluating prerequisite Qualification, Total & Relevant experience, current & previous companies,company profiles, current work location etc.
● Short-listing the best qualified profiles by taking telephonic Interview with candidates,analyzing authentication of resume,evaluating technical expertise, communication skills, attitude,confidence, willingness, reason/need for change,career objective,expectation level,minimum joining time, relocation status& flexibility.
● Scheduling Technical & Face to Face Interviews with functional/technical teams and Development managers.
● Involved in conducting workshops for selected candidates for further level of scrutiny to know their technical expertise with the help of their coding or specific tasks with respect to the hiring project specifications.
● Negotiating Salary with the selected candidates for best fitment of Salary,maintaining smooth joining by doing constant follow-up with Candidates.
● Participated in Team level meetings for understanding the recruitment strategy based on targets with respective clients.
● Following up with the selected candidates to confirm their date of joining and keep the respective clients informed of the same.
● Talking to Clients on a daily basis for the required positions on recruitments.
● Maintain database of CV's using MI’S and some internal tools.
● Prepare Offer letters and confirmation,etc.
● Organizing Exit interviews and taking the feedback from the Employees.
● Interacting with the clients when they Visit our Development units in India and helping them in conducting workshops and closing positions required by the client with in the given timeframe by having known their priorities.
