I was in a supervisory position at a Timeshare Club / Resort managing two accounting teams, one located in Port of Spain and the other at the Resort in Tobago. I led the charge in streamlining the accounting function and successfully relocated all functions of the POS office to Tobago. I routinely prepared monthly reports, assisted in the annual budget, and monthly budget comparisons, costing reporting and other interim financial reports. I resided and worked on site at the Resort for 2 years (2009 to 2011) where I developed new synergies between the accounting function and the Resorts operations. During my tenure I was responsible for preparation of annual financial statements, responsible for audit co-ordination:- preparing supporting audit schedules and requirements for external audit.
