- Manufacturing & planning for 950 to 1000 nos. of capacitor per month(value of 250 to 300 millions rupees) with 55-60 manpower, maintenance of Vacuum system, oil pumps, Air condition plant & clean room, all plants and machine for capacitor process &mfg.
- Inspection, testing & Q.C of capacitor as per standard.
- New product development, Internal series capacitor, flat section using MPP for low inductance capacitor(300 mfd to 2500 mfd.), Flash capacitor from round & Flat wound section.
- Built- up manual winding machine with pneumatic tension control for Alu. Foil & PP film having 9 feeder assy., dancing roller assy., Edge folding assy., Embossing assy., and mandrels for AC /DC MPP flat winding section/element.
- Developed automatic high voltage tester with pneumatic press for AC capacitor Element & flat MPP Element.
- Built-up 2500 litres capacity oil processing plant for Jarylac C-101 , PXE, SAS 408&60 and PPG P-4000 with three tank, Double stage degasser, Colum for activated alumina, molecular sieves, oil heating and edge filter, press filter.
- Analysis of Capacitor failure and corrective/preventive action for better quality.
- Developed continue deep tinning machine for cupper strip 1" to 3"width and 36 swg. to 24 swg. rolls with zinc chloride flux bath, cooling fans, and smooth speed control.
- Controlled costs to keep business operating within budget and increase profits.
