· Interact with customers for requirement gathering for new application virtualization and application delivery.

· Identifying the risks involved in the project and providing mitigation plan to the stakeholders.

1)Worked in SQL/SSIS/.NET projects for a data warehouse that performs ETL operations and stores /manipulates data that is to be consumed by the entire clinical area of the company. Running batch /real time process to collect information on patients personal information , health conditions, claims, coverage, authorization and so on and consolidating all these info into a single request .This request will then be sent to a rules engine where this info is processed and corresponding actions will be taken care for the patient, according to his /her health /coverage info.

2)Worked in Agile setup and got a sound knowledge in Agile ceremonies and the agile cycle.

3)Managed a team of 7 people – gathering requirements from the clients , completed the design document /approach and get it approved by the architects. The design document will then be passed to the offshore team members to work on the new requirement /feature /enhancement.

4)Provided KT (Knowledge transfer ) to production support team on the design /code to prepare the team on the features that are to go-live .

5)Supported many of the production deployments (go-live) at onsite location , and coordinated with production support teams for smoother hand off's .And also , supporting code until the warranty period.

6)Gained a good knowledge in Web API area. Developed a WebAPI service that fetches a member’s notification information and also updates a notification status , when voided.
