• File applications for Title II & Title XVI
• Screen possibles for disability and answer all questions/concerns.
• Put possible clients for in person appointments/Create entry's into our database
• Meet with appointments in person and explain the disability process
• Provide welcome packets during appointments or mail when necessary. Packets include ADL's and RFCs to help strengthen case
• File representations forms to Local Office when case is already pending
• Take case through Intake and mail all required paperwork to local office for Initial applications
• Assign caseworkers to clients within the firm
• Make status calls with local/DDS
• Communicate with clients by email, text, and over the phone
• Scan sign up packets and separate all forms into t-drive, create e-folders for new clients, extract scanned pages and drop into appropriate locations within our database.
Fill out representation forms, including SSA-827, SSA-3288, Fee Agreements, Revocation Forms, SSA-795, SSA-821, etc.
• Upload ADLS to ERE when barcode is provided
• Request Medical Records
• Access CD's which include an encrypted password for possible clients with hearing scheduled, and copy entire file for the attorney.
• Programs used daily include Word, Excel, Abacus Law, and Message Slips
